Simple Retreat offers Australia-wide shipping, with free shipping on all orders over $90. For orders under $90, a flat shipping rate of $12.00 applies.
If you're located in Ballarat, you can choose local pickup at checkout, which will automatically waive any shipping fees.
Order Processing Times
As a small business, I often create products made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for me to process and handcraft your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on my courier's timelines (please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as COVID-19).
If you need your order urgently, please reach out to me directly, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request. However, I cannot guarantee or control postal delivery times.
During peak seasons—such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day—dispatch times may be extended. I will notify you in advance of any changes.
Order Tracking
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your parcel’s progress. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Damages
I take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged product.
- Email me within 72 hours of receiving your order.
While I cannot take responsibility for damages caused during transit, I will offer store credit for 80% of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) for the affected item.
For tracking purposes, my courier service automatically notifies me when your delivery has been completed. I operate based on these timelines.
