Returns & Exchanges

If your fragrance isn’t quite what you expected, I’m happy to offer an exchange following these steps:

  1. Email me at simpleretreatinfo@gmail.com with your preferred candle scent and your original invoice number.

  2. Return the unused candle within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  3. Once I receive the returned candle, I will send out the new scent of your choice, with shipping at your expense.

Refunds

I’m unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you’d like a different fragrance, I’m happy to arrange an exchange (see above).

Damages

I take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please:

  • Take a clear photo of the damaged item and email it to me within 72 hours of delivery.

While I can’t take responsibility for damage caused in transit, I will issue store credit for 80% of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) for the affected item.
