Returns & Exchanges
If your fragrance isn’t quite what you expected, I’m happy to offer an exchange following these steps:

Email me at simpleretreatinfo@gmail.com with your preferred candle scent and your original invoice number.

Return the unused candle within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once I receive the returned candle, I will send out the new scent of your choice, with shipping at your expense.
Refunds
I’m unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you’d like a different fragrance, I’m happy to arrange an exchange (see above).
Damages
I take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please:

Take a clear photo of the damaged item and email it to me within 72 hours of delivery.
While I can’t take responsibility for damage caused in transit, I will issue store credit for 80% of the purchase price (excluding postage costs) for the affected item.
